Whisper Mode is a WebFones feature which allows companies to train employees while they speak with customers. This allows a trainer to give the new company representative tips on the conversation real-time without the customer hearing the tips.
Whisper mode needs to first be enabled in the phone extension settings for the person who wants to allow whisper mode. Once that is setup, a manager can join a conversation undetected by dialing *** followed by the extension number.
